Holger Kleingarn joined Palamon Capital Partners in November 2004, becoming Partner in 2007.  He is a German national fluent in English with a working knowledge of French.  Dr Kleingarn joined Palamon after seven years' experience in management consulting with Bain & Company and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, most recently as Partner and member of the German management team in the latter's Financial Services practice.  He has four years' line-experience in the IT-sector, having performed a management buy out as CEO.  Dr Kleingarn graduated from the University of Hamburg, and holds a doctorate in business administration from the University of Munich.
