Annette E. Wilson joined Palamon Capital Partners in 1999 as the Firm’s Founding Chief Financial Officer and held this position until 2005, when the Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations roles were separated. Today she serves as Managing Director of Investor Relations and Marketing. Mrs Wilson has extensive general and financial management experience built up over her twenty-five-year corporate business career principally at Sedgwick Group plc and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She graduated from the University of Johannesburg with a BCom (Honours) degree and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1985. Mrs Wilson is a member of the Investor Relations Committee of the British Venture Capital Association.
