Dr Tom Sommerlatte is Chairman of Arthur D. Little's management consulting activities in Germany and Austria, an operation he has been instrumental in building over a twenty-year period. Before joining Arthur D. Little, he worked at a German research establishment developing IT-based knowledge management and artificial intelligence systems. Dr Sommerlatte serves on the Advisory Board of Lehman Brothers as well as on the boards of a number of medium-sized companies in the internet and media industries.  He is the author of over fifteen books on management.
