Geoff Unwin has had a distinguished career in the consultancy and IT services industry. Until January 2002 he was Chief Executive Officer of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, where he led the successful acquisition of Ernst & Young consulting activities and remained a non-voting member of their Board until May 2012. He is Chairman of Halma plc, Taptu Limited, Xchanging plc and Palamon portfolio company, Retail Decisions plc and was formerly Chairman of United Business Media plc and Palamon portfolio company, OmniBus Systems Ltd.
