Our success is borne out of our ability to close deals and build companies.  Clarity of purpose enables us to identify and pursue suitable proposals.  Our extensive private equity experience has allowed us to develop an investment process that, while being extremely thorough, is flexible enough to respond to time-sensitive situations.

Our approach is to be lead investor with either a majority or significant minority shareholding.  All proposals are considered by one of our team of dedicated and experienced investment professionals, who will meet the management team to discuss the opportunity.  If after follow-up meetings and further exploration it is clear that all parties share a common vision and goal for the business, we would then initiate comprehensive due diligence, where the proposal is tested rigorously.  On completion of a deal, at least two of our investment professionals join the Board to help the management team execute the business plan.

We understand that no two investment opportunities are the same and reflect this in our open-minded approach to the structure of the transaction.  If the opportunity is right, we will work with the entrepreneur to complete a deal however complex and demanding the transaction may be.
